Acceptance of my entry into HOUTEX 27 is without assumption of responsibility of any kind by the Houston Tennis Club, the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance, its officers, the city of Houston, Memorial Park Tennis Center, Lee LeClear Tennis Center or any public or private facility, host club, committee, or individuals connected with the HOUTEX 27 tournament. I agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily and emotional injury, damage to my reputation, or any other harm that I might suffer. I also waive any and all rights to claim from the GLTA, or any of the above organizations or individuals, damages which may arise as a result of reference or photographs of me which may appear in publications, websites or any media coverage of the tournament.
